Male fertility is also primarily determined by the quality and quantity of sperm. There are three common way's to evaluate the effectiveness of sperm :

Sperm count.

Counted the number of sperm in the semen. The number of normal sperm in men is 20 million per millimeter, less than 5 million sperm cells alone can be called a deficiency. There is also a condition in which there are no sperm in the semen at all, this disorder is also called oligozoospermian .

Motility.

Agility sperm or how active sperm move. Calculated as a percentage of the number of moving sperm directly into the egg cell of the wife. At least 50% of sperm should be seen in the movement. The disorder is called astenozoospermian.

Morphology

Morphology here is a form of sperm cells. At least 14% of the sperm should have a normal form as to the egg to be fertilized. The disorder is called teratozoospermia.

To avoid any disruption in the number of sperm cells, it helps the husband to wear loose underwear and absorb sweat so that testicular temperature is not too high. The high temperature of the testes can reduce fertility and sperm health.
